🌬 SaltAyre Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SaltAyre experience as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make it easy — while keeping things fair, hygienic, and aligned with UK consumer law.


  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, tell us within 30 days.
We’ll sort a refund, repair, or replacement — whatever gets you breathing easy again.


  1. Change-of-Mind Returns (Online Orders Only)

Changed your mind? No stress.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and 14 days to send it back.

To receive a refund, items must be unused and in a resalable condition.
Shipping costs are not refunded — couriers don’t love us that much.

If the product has been used beyond inspection or not used as advised by SaltAyre, we may deduct value as allowed under UK law.


  1. Hygiene-Sensitive Items

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of:

• Opened salt pouches.

(Unless faulty — in which case we’ll absolutely take care of you.)


  1. Used Devices

If a device has been used:

• The salt pack is non-refundable
• A partial refund may be offered depending on condition
• Heavily used items may not be eligible for return

We do this to keep things safe, fair, and hygienic for everyone.


  1. Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
